Freda:

Freda and her husband treasure their 5 children, 9 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild, 3 Pomeranian children, and 6 Khaki Campbell ducks. In her free time, Freda enjoys gardening, canning, fishing, and all kinds of arts and crafts. Freda feels so blessed to be working with Dr. Molly and all the furry patients and their owners.

 

 

Emily:

Emily has been working with animals since she was 15. In 2011, she received an AAS in Surgical Technology. In her spare time, Emily and her husband enjoy the lakes and rivers, hiking, and camping. Her labrador, Cooper, enjoys the same things, and also snuggling.

 

Nixie:

Nixie is our clinic cat who was adopted from Taney County Animal Control. She enjoys snuggling in warm towels, playing in boxes, and hiding in open cabinets. You may see her in her cat tree, or greeting clients at the front desk.

 

 

 

Dr. Maggie Schibler: 

Dr. Maggie Schibler was born and raised in Springfield, but moved to Australia to attend veterinary school at the University of Melbourne.  She graduated in 2010 and worked as a rural, mixed practitioner in Victoria and South Australia before returning home to Springfield in 2014.  She has worked as a small animal veterinarian locally at both general practices and emergency clinics.  She returned to Australia last year for a 9-month period to help out a previous employer. Her primary interest in veterinary medicine is providing preventative care. Outside of work, Dr. Maggie enjoys spending time outdoors with Bess, her 6 year old dog.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jaymee:

Jaymee has been working in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant since 2009. She shares her home with a Great Dane, three Miniature Schnauzers and a Terrier Mix. Jaymee also has four Quarter horses and two Miniature Horses. In her spare time, she enjoys showing her horses and spending time with her four nephews. She joined our team in August of 2015.

 

Tawnya: 

Tawnya has a BS in Animal Science and has been a veterinary assistant for 15 years. She and her husband share their home with two Chihuahuas, two Golden Retrievers, one Great Swiss Mountain Dog, and one cat. In her spare time she enjoys working in her yard, reading, crossword puzzles, and throwing tennis balls for her Goldens.

 

 

Melanie:

Melanie is new to the animal science field, previously working with adults with developmental disabilities. When not at work, Melanie enjoys playing rugby with the Queen City Chaos, being active outdoors, watching the Cards play ball, and spending time with her wife and the furry family- 3 dogs and a grumpy cat.
