Ordering Prescription Diets

If your pet has been prescribed a veterinary diet by our doctors, the easiest way to get their food is to order directly from Hill's or Purina. Each program offers a portal that lets you place orders and lets our team keep your pet's prescription up-to-date to ensure you never run out of food. Discounts are offered for autoship!

Purina Pro Plan Vet Direct:

If a doctor recommends a prescription diet for your pet, you should receive an email with instructions to order that diet.

If your pet is already on a prescription diet and you would like to place an order, a prescription will be sent to the doctors after ordering to approve. Please allow 24 hours for approval.

Hill's to Home:

A member of NAH staff will have to register you for Hill's to Home before you can place an order. If your pet is on a Hill's prescription diet or you would like to register, please contact the clinic first.

After you have been registered, you will receive an email with further instructions.

If you would prefer to buy or order your pet's prescription diet from another retailer, please contact the clinic for a written prescription. Allow 24 hours for the prescription to be ready.
